If you are a student residing in one of the eligible cities follow the instructions below to apply for the EU Scholarships.

Keep an eye out for the open call announcement for the scholarship program. We will be sharing the details on social media platforms and through scholarship offices.

Online Application

To streamline the application process, we have implemented an online application system. All scholarship applications will be received exclusively through the official website. It is important to note that we will not be accepting applications through any other channels. 1) If the applicant is a Turkish Citizen, Family Type Population Registration Sample (E-Government)
2) If the applicant is not a Turkish citizen Temporary Protection Identity Document or International Protection Identity Document (Photocopy)
3) If the applicant is disabled, Document Showing Disability Status (E-Government)

1) According to the education level
     a)  Undergraduate 1st Grade ( upload as a single PDF )
          - YKS Exam Result Certificate
             or
          - YÖS Exam Result Document
             and
          - Student Certificate (E-Government)
     b) Undergraduate 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Grade
          - Transcript (E-Government)
     c) New Registration Graduate
          - Graduation Certificate (E-Government)
     d) Course or Thesis Period Graduate
          - Transcript (E-Government)

2) Document showing the income status of the applicant and family members (supply at least one document from the following for yourself and each family member and upload it as a single PDF )
     a) Tax Certificate for Self-Employment (E-Government)
     b) If a civil servant, last month's pay slip (E-Government)
     c) If a Private Sector employee, SGK Registration and Service Document (E-Government)
     d) If retired, Pension Information (E-Government)
     e) If not working, SGK Registration and Service Document (E-Government)
3) Supporting documents for special circumstances
     a) If the applicant or his family was affected by the February 6 earthquake
          - Housing damage status certificate (E-Government)
          or
          - Entitlement request and commitment application result (E-Government)
          or
          - Housing support application result for disaster victims (E-Government)
     b) If the applicant, who is a Turkish citizen, is the child of a martyr or veteran
          - Relatives of Martyrs, Veterans and Veterans' Relatives Free Travel Card (Photocopy)
          or
          - Certificate of entitlement (SGK)
     c) In case of death of one or both of the applicant's parents
          - Death certificate
